At the School of Spatial and Product Design, students explore design processes and conceptual thinking methodologies. In a practice-based studio environment that encourages creativity and hands-on learning, this is supported by instruction in core discipline skills such as understanding of design history, contemporary theories and technical knowledge. We challenge the changing landscape of design, impacted by contextual, social, economic, and environmental factors through our core pillars, Smart City & AI, Ageing Urbanism, Climate Adaptation & Mitigation, and Digital Consumer Culture.
